Policies

We are so thankful to have a great group of ladies here at Great Lakes Mommas which is why we pride ourselves in being able to protect them and their families. To do this we have put some policies into place.

Membership on this board is a privilege, not a right. The administrators reserve the right to restrict access to this board if you are found in violation of the stated policies of the board.

1. You must register and post an introduction before you are able to view most of the board. Once you post your intro you will be able to get into all of the fun action!!!

2. Your membership begins the moment you register your username. Those with 0 (zero) posts will be deleted 5 days after validating their account! *

3. Members that have Private Forum access and haven't posted in 14 days, lose access if applicable. Your post count will return to 1 at this point.*

4. Members who haven't posted in 30 days will regularly be pruned from the board. *

*The three previous rules do not affect the members that have let us know that they won't be online for awhile due to a vacation, new baby, etc.

5. No negative comments about anyone's children, race, religion, sexual preference, etc. Breaking this rule will get you immediately and permanently banned from Great Lakes Mommas.

6. Please keep threads/posts in the appropriate forums.

7. Avatars are to be NO BIGGER than 150 X 150 pixels.

8. For the time being, we will have no siggy rules. Please just keep it reasonable. If your signature seems out of control, you'll be PM’d and asked to minimize it.

9. Any posts that are deemed by the administrators to be spam (i.e. links to others boards, advertising) will be deleted immediately and without explanation.

If you find a post to be offensive or in violation of these rules, please contact an administrator immediately. The issue/situation will be evaluated and appropriate action will be taken. Additionally, we will not censor any language on this board. We just ask that you please use discretion in your posts so as not to offend your fellow members.

If you have any questions about the above stated policies please contact an Administrator privately for further clarification.
